Grievance Redressal

Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya is dedicated to maintaining a supportive and transparent environment for all its students. Recognizing the importance of addressing student concerns promptly and effectively, the college has established a comprehensive Student Grievance Redressal Cell. This cell ensures that grievances related to academic matters, basic facilities, examinations, form fill-up, enrollment, admission, and other issues are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
The Student Grievance Redressal system is designed to provide students with a clear and accessible process for voicing their concerns. Whether it pertains to academic issues such as course content, teaching methods, and faculty interactions, or non-academic matters like hostel facilities, library services, and campus infrastructure, the college is committed to addressing and resolving these grievances effectively. This system ensures that every student has the opportunity to be heard and that their concerns are taken seriously.
Academic grievances, including issues related to coursework, evaluation, and faculty, are addressed by a dedicated academic committee that works closely with students to find satisfactory solutions. For concerns regarding basic facilities such as accommodation, sanitation, and safety, the college has appointed specific staff members responsible for overseeing and improving campus amenities. The examination and form fill-up processes are also closely monitored, with dedicated personnel available to assist students in navigating these procedures and resolving any related issues.
Enrollment and admission-related grievances are handled with the utmost priority to ensure that the processes are transparent, fair, and efficient. The college also addresses other miscellaneous grievances through a general committee that ensures all student concerns are appropriately directed and resolved.
By implementing a robust Student Grievance Redressal system, Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya reaffirms its commitment to creating a conducive learning environment. This system not only promotes student well-being but also enhances the overall educational experience, fostering trust and accountability within the college community.
