Named after Pandit Raghunath Murmu, the inventor of the Alchiki Script, Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya is geogragraphically located in an utterly rural topography and a richly embroidered historiography. The institute is dedicated to spread the light of higher education horizontally to the marginal families of ‘Jungle Mahal’. Along with providing various facilities to the students, the college also provides the facility to avail the college guesthouse. The Guest House of Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya Guest House is located on the top floor of the Academic Building of the department of Philosophy and serves to render hospitality to the Official and Non-official guests of the Institute. In addition to these, there is one guest room which is located in the Academic Building of the department of Geography. In total,there are five rooms in the guest house, including three A.C. rooms and two non-A.C. rooms. These guest rooms have modern living facilities overlooking a beautiful garden and tall sal trees all around. The guests of faculty members and students are also accommodated there with advanced booking as per availability. Beside this, official guests of the college; participants of seminars, workshops, conferences, training programmes, organized by the college are allowed to stay in the guest house.
