PRMS Mahavidyalaya Alumni Association is registered as a non-profit organization under the Societies Registration Act., Government of West Bengal, which is managed by a committee of active alumni enrolling members from those who graduate from the institution.

Need of Alumni Association:

Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya established the Alumni Association to foster a strong relationship with former students and motivate current students to maintain a positive connection with the institution, thereby enhancing its brand.The need and importance of alumni organisations play a significant role in the growth of any educational institution. The Alumni Association provides a network of professional contacts that can create numerous job opportunities for current students, boosting their employability and offering effective support. It helps everyone stay connected, with alumni members providing mentorship for their juniors. Bringing together professionals from different sectors, the association leverages their experience to aid in building the careers of younger students. With this in mind, our Alumni Association aims to collectively elevate the institution's stature.

PRMS Mahavidyalaya Alumni Association aims to connect alumni with the institution, create collaborative plans to support its vision, and enhance value for all stakeholders. All the Graduates of Pandit Raghunath Murmu Smriti Mahavidyalaya can fill up the registration form and take membership in the Alumni Association.

Objectives of Alumni Association:

1. To provide a forum and platform in order to create and encourage a sense of belonging among the alumni, the present students and the staff.
2. To develop a spirit of loyalty among the alumni which will prompt them to work for the all-round development of the college.
3. To acquire, establish, start, aid, run, maintain or manage good relations among the members of the association.
4. To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars and excursions for diffusion of knowledge.
5. To publish useful literature, magazines, etc. without any profit motive.
6. To help the needy students of all communities for the pursuing further studies.
7. To help aged, sick, helpless, and indigent people.
8. To work for the happiness of the down-trodden needy people for their primary needs such as food, cloth, shelter, health, education etc.
9. To open charitable dispensaries, first-aid centre, blood donation camp, from time to time.
10. To educate the people about pollution and to arrange plantation of trees in the locality to make the world green.
11. To arrange and organize an old-age home to help the needy people of the society without a profit motive.
12. To foster and perpetuate friendship and cooperation among the alumni.
13. To share educational, professional, and life experiences among the alimini of the college.
14. To form separate alumni associations for each department of the college.
15. To organize reunions of the alumni in the college premises on a regular basis.

Functions of Alumni Association:
